Global hunger

The mission is to facilitate access to food in disadvantaged areas and end global hunger.  Hunger is increasing globally, 690 million people suffered from hunger in 2019 and the Covid-19 crisis could increase the figure by another 130 million people.

Every year 6 million children die from hunger. In collaboration with various NGOs, we want to end hunger, food insecurity and all forms of malnutrition.

Only together will we succeed. We believe that all children need to consume nutritious food for harmonious growth and learning.

Protecting nature

The mission is to protect the forests. Known as the lungs of the planet, forests are essential for our long-term survival. They play a particularly important role in climate action because of their ability to absorb greenhouse gases.

Forests are also home to most of the planet’s biodiversity. In collaboration with various NGOs and with the help of government authorities, we need to take action to stop massive deforestation and start tree planting.

Endangered animals

The mission is to protect endangered animals. Animals are an important part of the planet. Without animal life it is more than likely that we would not exist as humans.

Protecting them is one of the most important tasks we have as humans in this world. Climate change, devastation of natural habitats, uncontrolled hunting, mass food industry are some of the factors that have led to the extinction of many species so far.

It is absolutely essential to take action to protect animals in order to establish a natural balance on Earth.

Malcara offers support for the selection of non-profit organisations around the world dedicated to each particular purpose.
